Fuan's store is not big, it is tatami-style, and you have to take off your shoes to enter. We sat near the bar and ordered soba noodles and tempura rice. This is a handmade noodle shop with a very good taste. I like the taste of buckwheat noodles. The taste of handmade noodles is also first-class. The service is very good. And after eating noodles, I had a delicious ice cream nearby, which was also very good.

I came to Noboribetsu Onsen Town just to soak in the hot springs, but I didn't expect that their specific food is also remarkable. I specifically found this one, which mainly eats noodles. I think Japanese soba noodles are still very light in taste.

You can tell from the queue that this place is an internet celebrity, but to be honest, it’s not particularly amazing. I still prefer Suzhou noodles. The tempura fried shrimp tastes good, though. The set meal is rice with a small bowl of noodles.
