Finally booked the hottest restaurant in Lisbon Restaurante 100 Maneiras, the 10-course Tasting Menu even the pregnant woman ate. We were the earliest guests at 7:30, and the locals had dinner at 8 － at 9 o'clock. In the first hour, everyone took care of us, like a private room. After waiting for 2 hours, the restaurant was full of food and drink. It is said that the evening session at 11－ is also very lively.

The delicate, smooth, sweet milk juice, with salty Italian chestnut pork dumplings, is my favorite "sweet and salty", and the taste level is rich and full after the entrance. When the chocolate cake is opened with a fork, dark chocolate flows out like lava, and it is delicious and not greasy with the orange juice.

Although it is a creative fusion dish, it can't afford the high cost and few customers. One year after closing down, it reorganized and chose a location in the Bairro Alto area near the bar street. It continues to sell only tasting menus, but it has a 50% discount. You can eat nine dishes starting from €28-30. The food quality is good, and each dish has a little creativity. It's great value! The 40-seat restaurant is always full every night, and recently it has opened a night session until 2am, so you can come for a late-night snack.

The environment is very romantic. The restaurant is themed in black and white, and there is a whole row of wines, which are displayed very artistically. The dishes are very good-looking and taste very good, especially suitable for pairing with red wine. I feel that the price is worth it.
