The authentic &quot;yi&quot; national cuisine that can also be eaten in Singapore is located in the lobby of the Michael Hotel in Sentosa, Singapore. It is a creative cuisine opened by legendary Italian chefs. We ordered a set menu with six dishes, from the head plate to dessert, each dish can eat a rich layer at the entrance, and the plate is very particular. The fish mousse is paired with lemon cream, and the taste is dense and refreshing. The mushroom cappuccino is a small cup but the taste is rich. The main course grilled salmon, with the special sauce of the liwo, combines the deep sea with the land, and is tender and juicy. The last dessert, the menu is written on the cheesecake, served like an artwork, the cake is wrapped in crispy skin like an ice cream cone, the cheese inside with raspberry aroma, with smoothies, perfect to solve the greasy past main course. The restaurant has an elegant environment, and the open kitchen can see every step of food production. The &quot;yi&quot; country style is strong. Restaurant business hours: 18:00-22:00
