Carp Restaurant

Carp restaurant, the owner is Japanese, many sauces are originated from Japan, there are many dishes, and the portions are large. Even at the busiest time of noon, there is only one waiter. The udon noodles here are famous throughout the island. It is said that it is made by a Japanese mother-in-law, but I have never seen it. Every dish here is delicious, the quantity is huge, and the price is very cheap. It is basically my canteen every time I come to Palau~

The restaurant doesn't even have a sign. The thick wooden door is always closed and you have to push it with both hands to get in. The dishes here are not very good looking, but they taste great! Especially the fried dumplings here. The most famous thing in Palau is udon noodles.
