Li Xuan Chinese Restaurant on the third floor of Ritz-Carlton is one of only three hotels in Guangzhou that serves sunflower chicken. The barbecued pork and the typhoon shelter shrimp balls are both very good~ In this restaurant that specializes in new Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine, I wanted to eat the old Cantonese home-style stir-fried beef with bitter melon. Although it is not on the menu, the chef did not disappoint me. Thanks to Chef Guo Yuanfeng for his good recommendation: stewed conch with olives, slow-cooked in clear chicken soup, presented in the form of "Kung Fu soup", the unique olive flavor is entangled with the sweetness of the conch, and it is extremely sweet.
