Nice place I liked the place. Good for the kids. Very saftey. Clean and specious. Know how to deal with the crowd in AlEid.
As the most famous French restaurant for Dubai chefs, it has been a dating destination in the city since its establishment. On the one hand, it is of course famous, and on the other hand, it is located at the end of Palm Island. Except for those who come for dates, they usually don't go so far. (But yes, I went with a male friend...) The appetizers were appetizing and the ingredients were carefully used. The appetizer duck liver with dates was quite amazing, a masterpiece of European and Middle Eastern fusion cuisine; avocado with white radish was ordinary. The main course of French red wine stewed beef did not use the usual stew pot beef cubes, but a square whole piece. When it was cut open, it was found that it was already stewed very soft and tasty, with distinct strands. It can be seen that the heat and plating really took a lot of effort. For dessert, the two of us ordered the chef's selection, a total of four items, which happened to be what we wanted to eat. Among them, the moment the lemon mousse caramel roll was cut open, the caramel shell cracked, it felt great! Before leaving, I went to the dessert counter to take a look, and the dessert girl invited us to play the chocolate into gold game, which is to put dark chocolate into cocoa powder and filter it to turn golden. Happy! I didn't order any wine because I had to work the next day. The only downside was the average service. Although it was Saturday night (I had to work on Sunday), the order and payment were very slow. Overall recommended.
It is one of the better French restaurants in Dubai. The chef is a Michelin star chef. The choice of dishes is relatively simple, mainly classic French cuisine, relatively lacking in innovation. The product quality is above average, the Burgundy beef is good, but the lobster is a bit overcooked and the meat is hard. The desserts are good, you can choose to try the dessert combination, which is small in quantity and variety, and try more different styles of cakes. The highlight is that the waiter gave me chocolate and Madeleine at the bakery at the end, which is very thoughtful. The restaurant has a good view. It is located on the Palm Island. The decoration and plating inherit the usual exquisiteness of French cuisine. If you happen to plan to come to the Palm Island, you might as well give it a try.
Had a wonderful experience at Stay! The food was delicious. Manu and Gökçe were very friendly and made us feel at home. We were invited into the kitchen and met Chef Ilya and Chef Amber, who were both very friendly and made delicious food. They accommodated our gluten and seafood allergies very well.
The Stay restaurant at One Only the Palm is the most suitable place for a formal meal in my mind. The language, tone, expression and attitude of the well-dressed waiters when talking to you are like being programmed into a computer, meticulously and meticulously, striving to satisfy you in every aspect. The restaurant's lighting, tables and chairs, the placement of tableware and the color are all adjusted just right according to precise "principles". The time and order of serving dishes, the sommelier's selection and accompaniment suggestions are all carefully arranged for you. All you need to do is remind yourself to dress properly and let go of your taste buds to welcome the delicious dishes.
The food is amazing. I thought it tasted one way, but it tasted another. I like the chef's creativity.
