Based on our meal and experience, Wein &amp; Sein, with a single Michelin star, is grossly underrated! Each course in the menu reflected perfection in presentation and taste. The creativity demonstrated and complexity achieved in every dish was brilliant!

Wein &amp; Sein is a must for any food lover visiting Bern. The restaurant received a Michelin Star in 2022 and was given 15 points by Gault Millau. Needless to say, these high praises are well deserved. We went with the five-course dinner. This included a few &quot;snacks&quot; from the kitchen, including beef tartar and trout ceviche. After the snacks came an amuse bouche consisting of a veal sausage from Northern Spain with mushrooms and coconut foam.The bigger courses consisted of Halibut, ravioli, and Dexter beef. 1000 characters is not nearly enough to describe each dish and the intricacies and culinary genius that went into crafting them. Not to mention the beautiful, rare wines that were paired with each dish.Be prepared to spend money, but ever penny was worth it. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was immaculate. The entire experience was special, and one that I hope to have again one day.Thank you to everyone at Wein &amp; Sein for the amazing meal!

The food and service was incredible.  The wine pairing complimented each dish so well.  I loved that they would provide a taste of the wine and you could skip any of the glasses you didn&#39;t prefer (spoiler, they were all fantastic so no glass was skipped!).  The restaurant is very cozy with only 9 tables so the service was top notch to go with the food and ambience.  I hope to go back again some day.

Wein&Sein mit Haerzbluet

We selected the 3 course &#39;mystery&#39; selection.  Each dish was delicious and specially prepared and with great attention for detail.  The service was attentive and friendly. We were most impressed.  We definitely will come again.

I came here for the sake of getting the best deals. I didn&#39;t expect to be so surprised the first time. I will definitely come again when I have time in the future! I have been eyeing this for a long time. Today I finally have time to come. It&#39;s not a bad deal at all. The whole process is very enjoyable, and the hot pot is steaming hot.

Amazing location just over the bridge from the bear pits and on the way up to the old center of town.. Varied menu lots of choices. Excellent service. Shaded terrace. We enjoyed sushi and nice SWISS wine!

Great location
The best thing about this restaurant is the location. It is just outside of Bern and has a great view over the city. We went here on a sunny evening and sat outside. The food was varied and there was a lot to choose from.

We ordered crab cakes, fried potato chips, risotto and non-alcoholic drinks. The crab cakes were paired with fresh cheese sauce, which was a very appetizing appetizer. The steak was rich in flavor and tender in texture, and we had a great time eating it! In addition, The restaurant gave us a small appetizer, which was curry and boiled red beans, and the taste was very interesting. Since we had to catch a train, the waitress quickly paid us the bill and also gave us two small bottles of the restaurant&#39;s homemade steak sauce. We were so happy! Although the waitress is not fluent in English, her attentive service added warmth to the dinner. There is also a Taiwanese waitress who can speak Mandarin and English. I will visit this place again next time I travel to Switzerland. Restaurant! (Although the price is not cheap, the service, food quality and taste are great!)

Ordinary dinner
This restaurant is near the hotel where we stayed, so we went there after shopping. We ordered Mexican-style pasta, but it was very bland and not very tasty, and the price was quite expensive, so we won&#39;t patronize it again.
