Xerta Restaurant

Xerta Restaurant is a Spanish-style restaurant in the center of Barcelona. It is quite famous! The seafood fried rice here is first-rate!

Located on the ground floor of the five-star Ohla Eixample, the restaurant is the second star-winning restaurant of Catalan chef Fran Lépez. It has an elegant environment and good service. It specializes in dishes from the chef’s hometown, Terres de l’Ebre. Eel, oysters, duck and rice are all local specialties and can be your first choice when ordering. The 105-euro Men’s Homenaje is the best interpretation of them. If you have a good appetite, you might as well give it a try!

The food! Beautiful, delicious, whimsical. Service was thoughtful and attentive but not overwhelming. Simply outstanding

We had the seasonal lunch set which was a good deal for a 1 star Michelin restaurant. Portions were small but there were quite many courses and we were full n satisfied after.

This is our fourth time coming to this restaurant every time we visit Barcelona. It never disappoints. The staff is friendly and the chefs are fantastic. We usually get the prefix menu as it offers the most for your money. Might come here one last time before leaving for the states.
