Evranos Restaurant

When we arrived in Cappadocia, it was almost noon. The first thing we arranged was lunch. Only when we were full could we have the energy to have fun! Lunch was Turkish-style pottery meat, and the dining place was a cave restaurant with Cappadocian characteristics. When you come to Cappadocia, you must be inseparable from the word "cave", with cave restaurants and cave hotels everywhere. If you are traveling independently, you can choose a few more to taste, and you may have a different feeling. The restaurant we chose this time was Evranos Restaurant. I checked it online and it has a good reputation. Evranos means Avanos, and Avanos is a famous pottery town in Turkey. I will just treat it as Jingdezhen in Turkey, haha! Walking into the cave restaurant, gorgeous retro totems greeted us. We sat at a long table and dined in the cave, which was a special experience. Next, let me introduce the traditional Turkish pottery meat. The handsome guy who served the soup for everyone was really cooperative and gave me a super pose. The method of making pot meat is to stir-fry beef and mutton with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices, seal them in a pot, and bake them in an oven. When eating, use a long-handled knife to knock open the pot mouth, and pour the soup and meat into the dish. At first glance, it looks like our potato beef brisket, but as the aroma hits you and you put it in your mouth, you will know that it is a unique taste.
