The meal and service were satisfyingly good. Unfortunately, they claimed that they did not provide "spend my yums" though I made the reservation under this section. The fork should communicate thoroughly with the restaurant so that the customers won't look like fools claiming their points. That's the whole point of using the app in the first place :)

A few years ago we dined in this restaurant and we were very enthusiastic about it, but this time it was a huge disappointment. We were seated in the hotel bar/breakfast room on high chairs, which became very uncomfortable after an hour or so. Really not suitable for diner. Although staff was friendly and polite, they seemed to be in a hurry all evening and there were times that we didn't see staff for more than half an hour. My husband had to climb off the high chair to take the wine to refill our own glasses himself. Not what you would expect of such a high end restaurant. Last but not least we had to wait very long between the courses and the food was quite disappointing as well. Lack of taste, quite salty, lack of imagination. We paid almost 200€ for an overall very disappointing experience.

We took the 4-course menu and were surprised by the very original and tasteful preparations, which were also presented very nicely. Also for the non-fish eater in our group, nice alternatives were served. We chose excellent wines from the beautiful wine list. Friendly and smooth service. A very nice evening, in short!
