Brasserie Ambassade

The appetizer was a fruit salad, with fresh bean sprouts that were crispy, watermelon cubes that were fried and firm and fragrant, cashews that were coated with honey and baked, and the only processed chicken that was soaked in olive oil. The main course was lamb, fried to half done, with a little blood on the outside, but smooth and tender when cut. Roasted bell peppers and eggplant were served as side dishes, as well as North African simmered rice, which went perfectly with the slightly spicy roast sauce.

This is a shop I plan to try a second time. The bread inside looks a bit like steamed buns and tastes very good. The pumpkin soup inside is delicious. The garlic snails have a lot of herbs in them, so they taste very fragrant.

Always heard about this great restaurant so we tried it out, we decided to book a hotel in Amsterdam after landing from Schiphol. I chose this restaurant because it was by far the best reviewed restaurant, the food was very good and tasty, foie gras was my favourite, and the setting was amazing.

My friend and I ate at Brasserie Ambassade on Saturday morning. The staff were efficient and engaged in a good chat with the diners. I had the duck, my partner had the steak and we also had 2 drinks. The food came quickly, was tasty and the portions were plentiful, it was definitely a highlight of my visit.

I absolutely recommend this place for the best service and the most delicious food. Beautiful clean restaurant, friendly and attentive staff, exquisite food and wonderful wine. My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our 5th anniversary, the snails, lobster, duck confit, cream, cheese, champagne were all superb.

I have to say this is one of the most unique and wonderful restaurant experiences in the world, the setting is wonderful with a large garden, the creativity of the food and the way it is served is incredible, the food tastes amazing, you must try the specialty oysters, you won't regret it.
