Obviously a charming and family owned institution in Evora, it is also well decorated, has professional staff and great atmosphere. Small-so make reservations early!

Guiao

We had a delightful meal, our server Joao was funny, fun and absolutely charming. They went out of their way to make a special occasion just that. If ever in Evora again, it will be my first stop.

The prices drew us to this restaurant. 3 of us chose the same meal of carne de porco a alentejana and meals were different sizes. Presentation was average and so was the taste. Normally have this meal so I know what to expect. The waiter was very friendly but unfortunately, he tipped half a glass of red wine on the table and onto our clothes. He apologised but never offered another glass or discounted the meal.

This restaurant was a real pleasant surprise.  Whilst the menu is short, the food is innovative and delicious. A twist on the traditional Portugese restaurant.  The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the evening a memorable experience.

The food was great, the soup of Ca&ccedil;&atilde;o was really good and well served. The restaurant has a very cosy and friendly atmosphere. The wine selection could be more extended and diverse. The staff was very friendly and competent. I would definitely come back.

This is a small restaurant with about a tables and a great menu. Service was excellent. The decor was lovely. The food was delicious and the portions were huge..  we would definitely return!

This restaurant has great food, warmth, charm and nice wines. Authentic Portuguese cuisine and hospitality. We were made to feel we were dining in someone&rsquo;s home eating food made with great love and attention. Don&rsquo;t go without a reservation-they were full the night we dined!

This was a typical Portuguese restaurant with lots of local specialties. The food was simple but excellently cooked and presented. We had octopus, migas, and lamb and all were excellent. The house red was better than the house white. The restaurant filled up quickly so I would recommend reserving.
