A oyster meal was a must to come to Copenhagen. This one happened to be next to our Alexandra hotel. We didn&#39;t open early when we went, but it was cold outside and they let me sit and wait. We ordered a small portion of fire roasted oysters, about 5 or 6, there are two kinds of sauce, the taste is really delicious, and clean and impurities-free.
