This is our 4th time in Brugge and we eat at Mozart each time. Ribs are excellent as is everything else we&rsquo;ve ordered there.

Lovely atmosphere and great food. The lobster was plentiful and very tasty. Chateaubriand was one of the best ever and cooked perfectly

The lights near the table put off a lot of heat and made it very warm and uncomfortable.  We were literally sweating while eating dinner.

I was really looking forward to our meal here and was not disappointed.  We shared starters of tempura prawns and mini shrimp croquettes - both delicious.  I then ordered the turbot &amp; my sister the starter lobster.  My turbot was enormous and cooked to perfection  &amp; my sister thoroughly enjoyed her lobster,  The mash potato is also to die for.  Really top quality food and a lovely place. The staff were friendly and attentive too.

A rather disappointing dining experience. The restaurant seems to be targeting a premium experience, but falls short in many areas. The food was very bland and the source ingredients not very good quality, although not terrible, but I certainly expected better for the price. The food pairings were often miscalculated for example my smoked salmon starter was covered raw onion and chives, which totally overwhelmed the salmon. The &quot;champagne sauce&quot; on the on the Belgium Chicken seemed to be brown sugar in some kind of wine. The chicken itself was completely unseasoned flavorless.  Dessert was OK, but you will need to pay a 5 Euro supplement if you want vanilla ice cream on the set menu - what a joke!
