The Big Dip

This is my third time in Slah in nearly five years. Nothing has changed compared to my last visit. Every seafood is fresh to a surprising degree and the dishes are perfectly prepared. The man was in a simple environment, on a hidden trail in the city center, but for me these were eye-catching parts and the oil-soaked fish were fantastic. There was almost no empty table at lunchtime on Tuesday so reservations were required.

The people queuing at the door every day are still endless. The location of this house is also very good. I know that people have not started to serve dinner yet, and silently ordered a glass of wine first.
