The Grand Bazaar of Istanbul
The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is a colossal city that spans across the Bosphorus Strait. The blue waters complement the swathes of white buildings on both shores, creating an exceptionally fresh appearance.
There are many fun and delicious places to visit in Istanbul, and the Grand Bazaar is one of the most worthwhile. There are several Grand Bazaars in Istanbul, and the one we visited is said to be the oldest. Walking through it, the shops are dazzling with an array of goods.
The Istanbul Grand Bazaar is said to be one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. It is located in the old city of Istanbul and attracts millions of tourists every year. The Grand Bazaar covers an extensive area, and if you were to walk through all the alleys, it would probably cover several kilometers. Inside the Grand Bazaar, there are about thousands of shops, as well as mosques, post offices, cafes, banks, and police stations.
Looking back at its history, the Grand Bazaar was founded in 1455, during the Ottoman Turkish period, contemporary with the mid-Ming dynasty in China. Over such a long period, it has inevitably suffered from wars, earthquakes, and fires, but it has also undergone countless reconstructions, continuing to this day, which is quite a testament to its resilience.

Very nice, especially love the cats that are everywhere! 🐈🐈⬛
Aside from the high prices, the city is a great place for wandering. There's so much to see, especially the Old Royal Palace, seven major museums, and four gardens. Be sure to leave plenty of time and bring some food, as there are few eating areas. The line at the Treasure House started to form, and we were at the end, so it was completely empty. The ferry ride was also very comfortable and convenient. Things in the Asian section are much cheaper than in the European section. The hotels are also unique, clean, and have good service. It's best to stay in the old town, close to the attractions so you can walk there. The Moshang Square is also very lively, and we even saw a whirling dance. Four days felt a bit short.

The western part of the old city walls, this part of the city is essentially what used to be called Constantinople, and is today Istanbul, with a history of more than two thousand years.
