Show More ReviewsEscaping the hustle and bustle of Istanbul's urban sprawl is just a single metro ride away - specifically, take the Yenikapi - Haciosman metro until the final stop, then use any number of buses to reach the Bachekoy stop. Then it's just a 5 minute walk until you reach the beautiful Belgrade Forest, which sprawls all over the northern side of the city facing the Black Sea. Nestled in this almost untouched forest, with multiple hiking trails, is Ataturk Arboretum which is a botanic park with species from all over the world and especially beautiful fall foliage. Beautiful in any season, Ataturk Arborteum is especially recommended in the autumn; entrance is just 2 TL but is closed on the weekends.
