One sultana doesn't make a fruit scone!
Castle was fine, but for a National Trust tea room, Brodick was poor. Lovely staff but our fruit scones? One sultana does not make a fruit scone! Also they had been frozen, possibly unsold stock?...
The castle is amazing, picturesque and very impressive. There are many rooms that you cannot go to but there is a good selection of accessible rooms full of history and easy to read information boards...
