Global Village

A great day trip out when in Dubai. Restaurants (were amazing), rides and stores for souvenirs and traditional clothing. The stunt show was an added bonus. Attire is expected to be slightly more modest to gain entry into the park.

This is just a place for shopping and some food. It's a huge area with several countries , each being represented by a large entryway that has the 'theme' for that country. Within each of these lands are shops that sell stuff that you would normally find in that countries local market. So lots of souvenirs and maybe some products from that country. You also have food stalls and a theme park in the area. The theme park you have to pay extra for. It's a large area, and the cheap entry price is worth it. Theres also several shows throughout the day

I thought will finish in 2 hrs but finally just barely explored everything for 4 hrs (already 12am by then). So, go early. Not super amazing but it is ok for the price.

As night falls and the lights come on, Dubai’s Global Village is like a bright pearl, shining in the desert. This place is simply a super night market born for the dream of traveling around the world, integrating culture, shopping, entertainment and food, making people linger! Tickets are only 20 dirhams, which is very cost-effective! Remember to end the tour before 12 o'clock in the evening, otherwise you will miss the end of this feast! Parking is super convenient. The parking lot of the Global Village is vast and boundless. There may be some congestion on weekends, but free parking is definitely a plus! However, the VIP parking fee is a little expensive, more than 100 dirhams for two hours, so it’s up to the rich! Walking in the Global Village is like traveling through a movie lens. There are more than 70 national pavilions, each with its own unique characteristics. The European-style architecture of the European Pavilion is romantic and intoxicating; the Chinese elements of the Asian Pavilion are friendly and intimate; and the primitive art of the African Pavilion is full of mystery. The shopping district is a paradise for shopping lovers. There are African hand-carved jewelry, Middle Eastern spices and carpets, and European fashion boutiques! Remember to bargain, this is a great pleasure of shopping! The food court is not to be missed. There are a variety of delicacies from various countries, including Arabic barbecue, Arabic flatbread, and Arabic desserts, which are fragrant and mouth-watering! There are also Chinese dumplings, Japanese sushi, and Thai Tom Yum soup. Every bite is a feast for the taste buds! Chicken BBQ and coconut milkshake from the coconut drink shop are highly recommended, which will definitely make you savor it! The wonderful performances are not to be missed. The car stunts next to the main stage are shocking, but an additional fee of 15 dirhams is required! There are three shows a day, and the last one is at 21:10. Remember to buy tickets in advance! The amusement park facilities are also rich, with Ferris wheels and carousels, which are a paradise for children! There are not many people on non-weekends, and the waiting time for facilities is short, so you can have fun! 👟Be sure to wear a pair of comfortable shoes. The Global Village is very large and you will need to walk for a long time to explore it!

It's worth going. The scenery there is beautiful. No matter where it is, it is particularly beautiful.
