based on 2739 reviewsSuper cute animals, they are well cared for within featherdales budget. I hope to see the sanctuary get more funding for better facilities. Great family or friends day out. Loved being able to feed the wallabies!

It was nice, unfortunately they ran out of kangaroo food. You have to go early to get.
We had such a fun day at the Wildlife Zoo with the family! 🦘🐦 There were many amazing Australian birds and animals to see, and the whole place was super easy to walk around thanks to the shady trees. We took our time wandering, petting, and even feeding some of the animals, which was a highlight. The bathrooms were clean, check-in with our Trip.com voucher was quick and simple, and before heading home we grabbed some lunch, snacks, and a few souvenirs from the gift shop. Overall, a really enjoyable visit!
Take T1 to Central Station and transfer to bus 729. The zoo is not big, but it is very interactive. The animals here are free, the children are happy, and the adults have regained their innocence. We went there on the way to Blue Mountains National Park. We were hesitant about whether to go, but we didn't regret it at all after we went. After leaving the zoo, we still took 729 back to the train station to take the Blue Mountains line. It's just that you have to leave earlier, preferably at 7:30 in the morning, otherwise it will be very rushed to visit Blue Mountains National Park because the cable car in Blue Mountains closes at 4:30.
FEATHERDALE WILDLIFE PARK Featherdale Wildlife Park Recommendation Index: Located in the Blacktown area in western Sydney, it is on the way to the Blue Mountains. It is almost a must-see attraction on the way to the Blue Mountains. Don't miss it if you pass by❗ The zoo is not large and does not feel very well decorated, but it has everything. Visitors can find most of the native Australian animals here, especially many species of kangaroos and the most popular koalas. I also saw cute little penguins❗❗❗ There are 2 Australian dollars of feed for sale, which can be used to feed super cute little kangaroos. I can feed them for a long time. The little kangaroo's paw rests on my palm, and its little tongue licks the feed in my palm. It feels great. Detailed address: 217-229 Kildare Road, Doonside NSW 2767 (near Blacktown) Australia ⏰Opening hours: 09:00-17:00 Tickets: Online ticket purchase for adults is 91 yuan, and ticket + photo with koala is 180 yuan. The one-day tour is included in the tour fee. Estimated duration: 1-2 hours Practical tips: The zoo has a variety of animal specialties on a regular basis every day, and the time when the keepers feed the animals is also open to tourists, so don't miss it
Featherdale Wildlife Park is located in the Blacktown area in western Sydney. It is a large wildlife park. Most of the herbivores here, such as kangaroos and ostriches, are raised outdoors, and people can have close contact with them. However, some beasts are still locked in cages, and people can only look at them from across the cage. There are also many kinds of animals in the zoo, especially the koala pavilion. The koalas here are more active. Seeing their naive appearance is really super cute.
Australia's wildlife parks/zoos haven't ever disappoint!! I got to see penguins here which were a bucket list ticked off. Many beautiful creatures you get to see up close and feed.
