🏖️ Must-Visit Attractions
🌊 Waterfalls
Da Lat is home to some of Vietnam’s most breathtaking waterfalls:
• Elephant Waterfall – A powerful and wide cascade with a short but steep hike down. Prepare to get a little wet!
• Pongour Waterfall – One of the largest and most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam, surrounded by greenery. Best visited after the rainy season for a stronger flow.
• Datanla Waterfall – Not just a waterfall but an adventure hub! Take a roller coaster ride through the forest to reach it.
🏠 Crazy House
The Hang Nga Crazy House is a surreal, dream-like architectural masterpiece. Designed by Vietnamese architect Dang Viet Nga, it looks like something out of a fairytale. With twisting staircases, tree-like structures, and themed rooms, it’s both an art piece and a functioning guesthouse.

✅ Rent a scooter (~150,000 VND/day) for the best flexibility.

Ticket can be purchased at the counter. It’s like a house maze. If you’re afraid of heights, better stay low. They also sell drinks and food. Every corner of the house is good to take photos. 80,000 dong per person.
amazing experience. we went early in the morning right after opening and wandered around for maybe an hour. we took plenty of pictures and loved the room which looks like an aquarium a lot!
The Crazy House is Weirdly Crazy yet amazing, crazier than its name. lol worth a visit for only 60 thousand VND.
Tips: 🔺Strong friendly reminder: Crazy House charges 14 yuan for tickets, you can just play around, don't stay there. The only advantage of staying there is that you can book the Crazy House before the business hours. 🔺If it rains, don't go up the stairs, safety first‼ ️The stairs are really narrow, high and dangerous, children must be accompanied by adults. 🔺The Crazy House also has an indoor underwater world, which is worth taking pictures, and the safety factor is also high. It is suitable for killing time on rainy days. The guests' breakfast is also served in the underwater world, and the taste is not bad. The hotel will ask you in advance about the content of the breakfast for the next day.
Dalat is one of my favorite places in Vietnam. It was a summer resort for emperors in ancient times. This place is amazing. Some people wear winter clothes in summer, but the temperature here does change a lot. Crazy House is one of the must-visit places in Dalat. It is mainly to see the architecture, which has many fantastic ideas. There is little fun, just taking pictures inside. You can also stay in Crazy House at night.
As a private building, it has an exaggerated and bold artistic charm. The aisles that resemble tree trunks connect many independent rooms, like sculptures. In most places, those aisles only allow one person to pass through. If you need to cross, one of you needs to twist your body very carefully. There are also some parts of the stairs that are almost 75 degrees. The windows of each house are like spider webs, and the long handrails are like vines in the forest. Various elements are spliced together, as if they are natural. Today, some of the crazy houses are used as hotels to receive guests from all parties, but they are usually expensive.
Very interesting place, the building is more spectacular than in the photos, climbing up and down, it feels like being in a fairy tale. A place worth visiting. If you like taking pictures and are full of imagination, this will be your paradise. It doesn't take up much space, climbing up and down the vine stairs is very interesting, and the toilets are clean. It would be better if there were English explanations of the historical origins.
I came here on a day trip to Dalat. Tickets are required for the attractions. The prices are different for foreigners and Vietnamese. It is quite big inside. It takes about two hours to walk around. I suggest you look at the map before browsing, otherwise you will get lost easily. There is a cafe inside. Now there is a new homestay, which is quite creative, but it will definitely be noisy during the day. This is a popular tourist attraction, suitable for taking pictures.
