What is a Railcard?
The digital railcard provides a convenient and cost-effective way to book discounted train tickets, making your journeys more affordable and easy.
Digital Railcards are stored within your Trip.com account on up to two devices. Compared to physical Railcards, you can use them more efficiently.
By using Digital Railcard, you can enjoy discounts of up to 1/3 off on various train routes, catering to different age groups.

All new Railcards cost MXN$787.25 for the whole year. Once you have a Railcard, you can get 1/3 off the price of your rail travel. Some Railcards are also available as a three-year option for MXN$1,836.91, giving you even greater value for money (therefore costing around MXN$612 per year).

Can I get a discount with my Railcard?
Yes. You can get up to 1/3 off.What's the difference between 16-25 and 26-30 Railcards?
There's not much difference. They offer the same discount. 16-25 Railcards are generally used for student travel, while 26-30 Railcards are used for workers. In addition,the railcard for those over 25 will not include discounts for Caledonian Sleeper tickets.Can you get a Railcard if you're a mature student?
Yes. The 16-25 Railcards is valid for a mature student.Is it better to buy a digital Railcard or a physical Railcard?
Using a digital Railcard is recommended. Digital Railcards can be stored on the Trip.com app on your smartphone, which means that you don't need to carry a plastic card. Digital Railcards can be stored on up to two devices and do not need to be mailed like physical Railcards making them more convenient.What happens if I lose my device?
Don’t panic! Your Railcard is stored on your account, so you simply need to download the app and log on using a new device to reaccess your Railcard.

If we detect suspicious activity on your Railcard, it will be blocked until we have had the chance to speak to you.
During this period, your Railcard will no longer be valid for travel.
If your Railcard has been blocked, you will need to contact us so that we can better understand the activity that has caused your Railcard to be blocked.
