These discounts exclude AVE International, Avant, and Cercanías services. Single-parent families can also access discounts on Rodalies trains in Catalonia with a valid certificate from the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Renfe Disabled People Fare

Disabled travellers can enjoy Renfe's discounts, offering up to 40% off. By purchasing a Tarjeta Dorada for €6, you can travel on AVE, Avant, and Cercanías trains for a year. The discount on Avant trains is more substantial on weekends. Refunds or changes to tickets depend on the type of ticket and may come with a fee.
