北国之春一Longxing Temple was originally named Longzang Temple, and its name was changed to Longxing Temple during the Tang Dynasty. In the fourth year of the Kaibao era of the Northern Song Dynasty (971 AD), a Thousand-Hand Guanyin statue was cast and the Great Compassion Pavilion was built by order of Emperor Taizu of Song, Zhao Kuangyin, forming the main architectural complex of the Song Dynasty. It was repaired during the Jin, Yuan, and Ming dynasties, and underwent large-scale reconstruction during the Kangxi and Qianlong eras of the Qing Dynasty, forming a three-section layout of east, central, and west. After falling into disrepair in modern times, it was restored to its original appearance through scientific preservation after the founding of the People's Republic of China. Longxing Temple is a typical example for studying the layout of Buddhist temple architecture, integrating Buddhist art with traditional Chinese culture. Emperors of past dynasties, such as Kangxi and Qianlong, once stayed there. We also visited Longxing Temple to experience the architectural styles of the Tang, Song, and Qing dynasties, to feel the Buddha's broad-mindedness, and to feel the traces of the past.

亲爱的小仙Perhaps because of the rain, there weren't many people. It's a small ancient town with almost no interactive activities. There were only a few shows, which weren't as good as the online reviews suggested. The food at the small shops was expensive and mediocre. More importantly, while it's a half-hour taxi ride there, it took ages to get back. I finally managed to get a shared ride, but they wouldn't even charge extra. Transportation is inconvenient. The 98 yuan entrance fee only covered the night view.

Anonymous userAs the filming location for the classic version of "Dream of the Red Chamber", it made good use of this theme, recreating many story scenes, and also allowing for a deeper understanding of "Dream of the Red Chamber", Cao Xueqin and "Redology".

天山北坡的风I specifically chose to have a one-day layover in Shijiazhuang, mainly for the Hebei Provincial Museum. The Hebei Provincial Museum is divided into north and south sections. The north section was built in 1968, while the south section is a newly expanded area. The Jianhua and Yucai courtyards serve as artifact storage areas. It's a landmark cultural landmark of Shijiazhuang! Because we only had half a day to explore, we only managed to see the north section, and the south section was just a quick glance, which was a bit of a regret! Perhaps this regret is for future visits. By the way, there were many pigeons in front of the square 🕊, and two bags of pigeon feed cost five yuan. The Xingcheng Hotel next to the square where we stayed gave us two bags for free, adding another wonderful impression to our visit to Shijiazhuang!

富得🥑油The Zhaozhou Bridge was built by Lu Ban, with jade railings. The sage left Zhang Guolao riding a donkey across the bridge, and Prince Chai pushing a cart pushed a ditch. (Ma Ya Hei, ~) It is said that the old stone bridge indeed had grooves on it, resembling "donkey hoof prints," created by depressions in the stones and rutting. Due to stone replacement during renovations, the current "donkey hoof prints" are made of new stone, while the old stone is displayed in the warehouse, serving as a footnote to the story.

rain_jing02The scenery is as shown in the picture. I waited for more than an hour for the cable car on National Day, and two hours for the cable car on the way down. I gave up and walked down. My legs were shaking. The experience will be much better if you come on non-holidays. The scenery is still good.

#如果我们不曾相遇I took my kids to the Shijiazhuang Zoo over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The park is well-planned and features over 270 species of animals, including adorable giant pandas and golden monkeys. The zoo was clean, and the feeding area was well-regulated. However, it was crowded on weekends, and some of the facilities were dated. The affordable admission and direct bus service made it a perfect family trip. I'll definitely be back.

_cm***17In October 2025, we took a self-driving tour of Hebei and Tianjin, visiting Cangyan Mountain in Shijiazhuang. Cangyan Mountain, a renowned historical and cultural mountain in China, is part of the Taihang Mountains. It boasts a unique Danxia landform, with steep, crimson cliffs and impressive views. The mountain boasts towering ancient trees and is renowned for its "Sixteen Scenic Spots of Cangyan." The area boasts numerous ancient buildings, including the Fuqing Temple, which boasts a history of over 1,600 years. The Qiaolou Hall, one of my country's three largest hanging temples, spans two mountains. The stone bridge, constructed during the Sui Dynasty, boasts exquisite craftsmanship. Furthermore, buildings such as the Nanyang Princess Shrine offer a charming and quaint atmosphere. Cangyan Mountain has served as a filming location for films and television series such as "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" and "Journey to the West." We departed Shijiazhuang for Baoding.

135***16The Zhao Yun Temple, imitating the ancient architecture of the Ming and Qing dynasties, is divided into two courtyards. Key buildings include the temple gate, the Four Righteousness Hall, the Five Tigers Hall, the Hall of the Emperor and His Ministers, and the Hall of the Marquis of Shunping. While retaining and enriching the historical features of the original temple, it complements surrounding attractions like the Longxing Temple and the Rongguo Mansion.
