M52***92Wuhu Ancient Town is one of the more fun ancient towns I've visited. It's large, has many attractions, and parking is convenient and cheap (five yuan for two hours). However, the navigation for the underground parking garage for out-of-town vehicles isn't very clear.

夏阳湖Tianmen Cave on Tianmen Mountain is one of the biggest highlights. The scenery at the entrance of the cave is very spectacular. When you stand there, you will be shocked. In addition to Tianmen Cave, it also has the following four highlights: 1. Tianmen Mountain Passenger Cableway, with a total length of 7,455 meters, is known as the world's first aerial moving viewing corridor; 2. Alpine suspended glass plank road, which is suspended on the mountain more than 1,000 meters above sea level, and it is very exciting to walk on it; 3. Tongtian Avenue has 99 bends, which is the world's first road wonder. Looking down from above, it is very spectacular; 4. There is also the Tianmen Mountain Escalator, which is the world's first mountain escalator. It feels great to sit on it. As for the natural scenery on the mountain, of course it cannot be compared with Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, but Tianmen Mountain also has some of its own characteristics, and the natural scenery can still be seen, so generally speaking, Tianmen Mountain is worth a visit.
