Anonymous userRich in historical and cultural atmosphere: Jiayuguan Fortress marks the westernmost point of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall. Standing atop the fortress and touching the gray bricks, visitors can feel the profound historical ambiance. The museums and guides within the fortress also offer in-depth insights into ancient military culture and border history.

来和我一起旅行On the third day of the National Day trip, the journey from Zhangye to Jiuquan was long, so we arranged to go to the snow mountain first. It is indeed not famous, but the scenery is nice, and you may see marmots, but we didn’t see any. It was cold and windy, so you needed to wear a thin down jacket and gloves. There were plank roads all the way, but the altitude was 3900-4000m. This was the day with the fewest steps on the trip. We walked more than 8,000 meters and had not yet reached the end. I flew a drone, and it may not have been halfway, but I still felt very tired. It took 2 hours, plus the round trip bus ride was about 3 hours. There were not many people in the scenic area, so there was no need to queue.

M2c***ugZhangye Binggou Danxia is absolutely stunning! The crimson cliff pillars, with their unique shapes, resemble a natural art palace. The scenic area is well-equipped and the staff are friendly. The scenery is beautiful and the crowds are few. Strolling through it feels like being in a dreamland. Absolutely amazing!

M43***97I feel that among all the attractions in Zhangye, Alien Valley has the best value for money. The various weathered rock structures are of different shapes and colors. It is so unique. It feels like you are out of the earth when you play there. This experience is full of happiness.

M2d***3iThe night tour of the Danxia Mountains in Alanlagda was truly breathtaking! The Danxia is breathtakingly magnificent during the day, and even more mysterious at night under the illumination. I highly recommend this experience; it truly is even more captivating than during the day!

M23***23The Aerospace City is great. We met at 9 am and ended around 4 pm. The meeting point was at the entrance of the tourist center. We needed to hand in our ID and fill out a confidentiality agreement. Once inside, we could get up close and personal with many "real things," and history came alive. It's very large, and you need to take a shuttle bus. The girl who gave the tour was good, but some spots require luck. The cemetery was not open this time, which was a pity. Overall, it's a great place for patriotic education.

M43***08It's alright. Since it's in the city center, you can stop by the Giant Buddha Temple on the way to Mati Temple. The main attraction is the reclining giant Buddha; the rest is so-so, it depends on your personal preference. But I don't know much about this kind of history, so I don't have much to say.

It features attractions such as Nine Dragons Converging at the Sea and General Stone, combining geological wonders, canyon exploration, and the opportunity to experience Mongolian culture. It is hailed as a "new discovery on the Silk Road."

vtf***34It's good in all aspects. However, the management needs improvement. There are obvious instances of local government vehicles entering the core area of the scenic spot directly without taking the sightseeing bus. To improve the overall quality of the scenic spot, it needs to be managed according to market standards.
