Jinan's Baotu Spring is always packed with people, no matter when you visit, the experience is generally mediocre as everyone crowds around the lake. Fantastic! Although it was raining, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for the visit at all. The animals seemed even more energetic in this kind of weather. The only downside was that the elephants and giraffes couldn't be seen outdoors because of the rain.
