It opened in 1914 and is the earliest French rock garden in Japan. This Western garden park, symmetrical on both sides with a fountain as the center, covers an area of 36,000 square meters. There are walking paths made of natural rocks in the park. In addition to the fountain and flower bed facilities, there are three botanical gardens in the park.
