李李好好Dujiangyan Scenic Area – a historical water conservancy project still in operation… but the ticket price is too expensive! I only bought the Dujiangyan-Qingcheng Mountain annual pass, but it's a bit far from Chengdu…

Anonymous userQingcheng Mountain has beautiful scenery. On a sunny day, the sun shines brightly, and the scenery is stunning. You can take the cable car up and walk down. I'd love to go again sometime, though it's a bit tiring on the legs. It's important to exercise more and get out more often. The air in Qingcheng Mountain is truly excellent; I highly recommend a visit.

NorCaLiDefinitely worth a visit—and not crowded! I went around 2 PM during feeding time and got to watch the pandas enjoying their lunch while the red pandas were napping afterward. Dujiangyan is a great place to see these amazing animals and also check out the famous Nanqiao Bridge. I’d love to come back again!

Anonymous userHow could you visit Sichuan without seeing pandas! After doing a lot of research, I chose this base where I could get up close and personal with them. Traveling during the off-season was perfect – less crowded and a truly immersive experience! The weather was just right, neither too hot nor too cold, ideal for watching the pandas frolic. It turns out these adorable pandas are actually "hidden beasts" – you can only observe them quietly up close, not touch them, which adds to their charmingly wild side. Watching them happily devour bamboo shoots or roll around and nap, their endearing antics were captivating. The entire experience was immersive and therapeutic, a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience. I definitely want to bring my kids next time to experience the joy of being a panda "cat servant"!

汉森妈妈A must-see for Dujiangyan travelers is the Guanxian Ancient Town. At night, you should definitely head to the South Bridge to see the "Blue Tears." The rushing river is so romantic, like a dreamlike fairytale, you can't help but exclaim in amazement!

难 得糊 涂Guanxian Ancient City (now Dujiangyan Ancient City District) is a national 4A-level scenic area, separated from the Dujiangyan Scenic Area by a river. It has prospered since ancient times because of the Dujiangyan Irrigation System: Its initial construction dates back to the Northern Wei Dynasty of the Southern and Northern Dynasties, more than 1500 years ago. The walls were built with bricks during the Ming Dynasty, repaired during the Qing Dynasty, and rebuilt after the 2008 earthquake according to the concept of "integrated city and scenic area." It reopened in 2012. Spanning 0.9 km², this "half-mountain, half-city" area features water flowing into the streets, creating a winding and meandering landscape that blends urban and scenic elements, showcasing the Ming and Qing Dynasty style of western Sichuan. Key Highlights: South Bridge – A Qing Dynasty covered bridge spanning the Neijiang River, offering views of the Baopingkou Shoal and the "Blue Tears" nightscape; Ming City Wall & Xuanhua Gate – Remnants of the Hongwu-era city walls, iconic gateways to the ancient city; West Street – The starting point of the 340-meter-long Tea Horse Road, featuring stone-paved streets and old wooden shops, with the former residence of Dong Shouping nestled within; Confucian Temple & Water Conservancy Office – The largest county-level Confucian temple in Southwest China and the only remaining ancient water conservancy office site in the country; Yangliu River & Xingfu Road – Lined with bars, teahouses, and intangible cultural heritage workshops, this national-level cultural tourism consumption cluster is ablaze with lights at night. Guanxian Ancient City is a living water culture ancient city "born from the weir and dancing with the water," offering a unique experience of "every step a step towards historical sites and the vibrant life of the city" with free admission.

Anonymous userIt is fun, but there are some hidden costs, and there are always ski instructors selling you tickets. If you refuse one, you will be replaced by the next one. It is really tiring. If you don’t hire someone to teach you, there will be no one to guide you on how to wear clothes and shoes. It is a long way to walk to the ski resort in ski boots, which is really troublesome. But when you get to the ski resort, you will be able to ski after practicing more. It is not difficult. I prefer the projects in the amusement area, which are easier and the shoes can be changed for easy walking.

KajiurasakurahioI live near the ancient city of Guanxian County in Dujiangyan. There is not much to visit in the ancient city, and it is full of commercial atmosphere. I came to Yangtianwo Square just for the giant selfie panda. There were not many people at that time. I could take pictures with the panda using various gestures, touch the panda's belly, touch the panda's head, etc. It was quite interesting.
