This majestic City Palace features balconies, watchtowers, and artillery bastions. It is one of the larger palaces in Rajasthan, with a front wall 244m long and 30.4m high. From the upper terrace of the palace, you can overlook the lake and the entire city; the view is wonderful. Having weathered the storms of several centuries, this building, originally a royal palace, is now divided into four sections for management. The main body of the palace has been converted into the City Palace Museum (City Palace Museum), which houses a large collection of various historical relics. If you visit in the morning, you can see the entire palace glistening under the sunlight, which is quite spectacular. Once you step inside the palace, you will discover furniture and decorations from all over Rajasthan, and even from Persia and Europe. The surrounding walls are absolutely wonderful and exquisitely crafted. Inside, the temple houses a black stone statue of Lord Krishna in his avatar as Jagannath, the Lord of the Universe. A bronze statue of Garuda (Vishnu's half-man, half-bird mount) stands on a pedestal in front of the temple, and elephant sculptures flank the steps. Visitors here seem to be moved by these sculptures. Everyone is so solemn, and everything about this place commands respect. Maharaja Uday Singh II, after establishing his city, flooded the village of Picholi with water, expanding the area of the lake from which it got its name. Lake Pichola has two small islands, each with a palace, one is JagMandir, which was built in 1620 and is famous for its marble statues, and the other is called JagNiwas. Small island, it is the heart of Udaipur. In JagNiwas, the base of the building on the island is connected to the waterline, the island is the building, and the building is the island. Visiting City Palace was a highlight of my trip. The intricate architecture and the blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles are breathtaking. I particularly loved the Peacock Courtyard and the museum displays which are very well-maintained. It took about two hours to see everything properly. Highly recommend hiring a guide to hear the stories behind the royal family!

The biggest feeling when coming to Udaipur is the historical atmosphere here. Various antique buildings have attracted more and more international tourists. The decoration here is quite luxurious and worth visiting.

It is an artificial lake with three small islands. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake from a yacht or take a leisurely stroll in the park on the island. This is the largest man-made lake in Ubud and a favorite lake for locals to visit in their spare time.
