Puerto Princesa City Baywalk Park

The Baywalk in Puerto Princesa is not far from the city center, but it is actually a "seaside avenue" by the bay. The sea here is quiet, and after 5 pm, it will become a leisure place for local residents, full of atmosphere. Recommend everyone to come here to enjoy the tranquility before sunset.Puerto Princesa · 25.5km from downtown
Honda Bay

Honda Bay

Honda Bay is made up of several small islands, each with beautiful beaches and shallow coral reefs, perfect for diving, swimming and diving. These small islands include: Cowrie Island, Bat Island, Lu-Li Island (named from "lulubog-lilitaw", meaning floating and sinking island, visible only at low tide), MearaMarina Island, Starfish Island (famous for its stunning white sand and starfish-dense clean waters), Snake Island (white-sand coastline winding like a snake), Pandan Island and Senorita Island ( Lapu-lapu fish breeding ground). The distance from StaLourdes Pier to the islands varies from 15 to 50 minutes by pump boat. Although compared to the El Nido Marine Reserve, it can be said to be insignificant, but it is also worth a visit, and the snorkeling and inter-island free travel in Hongdae Bay is also very attractive. A regular inter-island tour will see you visit three islands, usually Manaube, Pandan and Snake.Puerto Princesa · 11km from downtown

Starfish Island, as the name suggests, has a lot of starfish on the island, and you may step on them if you are not careful. The island's stunning white sand and starfish-dense clean waters make it a popular destination for inter-island self-guided tours in Grand Bay. There are many water houses built around Starfish Island, and a kind of sea flower can be seen in the clear water, light green, more than one foot high, fluffy. Touching it, it was as if it had been electrocuted, its whole body shrunk into the sand, and disappeared without a trace in the blink of an eye!Puerto Princesa · 7.4km from downtown

El Nido, also known as El Nido, is located in the northwest of Palawan. It is an area composed of harbors and islands, surrounded by dozens of limestone islands of various shapes. El Nido has a variety of scenery such as white sandy beaches, mangroves, coral belts, limestone reefs, etc. The main beach of El Nido is located near the ferry terminal, and the town by the sea is the base of most tourists, with a very quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Walking on Coconut Grove Beach, listening to the waves, watching the sea view, or tasting the seafood barbecue on the roadside is very good, and it is even more romantic at sunset. The main beach and the seaside town are not very large, and you can visit them in half a day. The main way to play El Nido is to go island hopping, to explore those towering limestone islands scattered in the sea, to find hidden sandy beaches, to enjoy the secluded lagoon scenery, or to experience the fun of snorkeling and diving. For diving enthusiasts, you can also see the legendary mermaid - the manatee. In addition to island hopping tours, the land areas around El Nido are also very popular with tourists. Adventurous friends can participate in activities such as hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, and rock climbing, and encounter cute animals in the forest. For holidaymakers on a budget, ElNidoResorts has resorts on El Nido's MinilocIsland, LagenIsland, ApulitIsland and PangulasianIsland. Known for their secluded lagoons, palm groves, orchids and offshore cruises, these resorts also offer recreational and water sports equipment, diving and island adventures.Philippines · El Nido

Located on the island of Miniloc, not far from the small lagoon, it is the specialty of El Nido. The scenery on both sides of the strait is very similar to the Guilin landscape on the sea. It is very beautiful. You can only visit the beautiful scenery on both sides of the strait on a boat, or you can go canoeing, swimming and snorkeling in the sea.Philippines · El Nido

Hidden behind the reef, you need to drill a hole to enter, there is a cave inside, there is a small lagoon (lagoon), the water here is connected with the sea outside, it is very clear, and there are many fish, you can snorkel here when the tide is high. Shantan is surrounded by rocks, and the other end is connected to the outer sea, which is very magical.Philippines · El Nido

Honda Bay in Puerto Princesa is pretty good... Stayed at the Crower Hotel. It's near Honda Bay. The advantage is that the travel agency can pick you up easily, so you can go back as soon as you show up. Luli Island and Cowrie Island are good. But the snorkeling is average without corals. Lulidao Tail Beach is good. It's about 10 o'clock when it's super busy.

Baker's hill was absolutely gorgeous. The delicacies are pocket friendly and scrumptious. If you're lucky, they hold events such as valentines and the place gets redecorated, which makes for a new experience everytime I get my dessert.

This is truly the Starfish Island that lives up to its reputation. You can see starfish almost as soon as you get off the boat. It’s very interesting!

Coron Island is an absolute paradise that exceeded all my expectations. The breathtaking limestone cliffs rising from the crystal-clear, turquoise waters create a stunning landscape. During my visit, I explored Kayangan Lake and Twin Lagoons, both of which offer incredibly serene views and fantastic swimming spots. The underwater life is vibrant, making it a perfect destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts. The local guides were friendly, and the entire boat tour experience was smooth and memorable. I highly recommend visiting this magical island if you love nature and adventure. It is truly a must-see destination

El Nido is worth a visit. It has amazing natural landscapes, with many limestone islands with special shapes, and the sea water flowing between the islands looks like pearls on the sea. The beach is very beautiful, like the white and soft sand of Nacpan Beach, walking on it is like walking on clouds, very suitable for sunbathing, strolling or building sand castles. The sea water is very clear. In shallow places, you can directly see the corals, seaweed and various beautiful fish on the seabed. In deeper places, you can also see the underwater world. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will definitely like it. Moreover, the coral reefs on the seabed are diverse, like underwater gardens, and are the home of many marine creatures. The marine activities here are also very interesting. It is a world-famous diving resort. When diving, you can see colorful corals, cute clown fish, slow-moving turtles and other marine creatures up close. It is like a dream world underwater. You can also rent a boat to shuttle between the islands, explore hidden beaches and small bays, and feel the fun of sailing on the sea. The food in El Nido is also very attractive, with fresh seafood such as grilled fish, shrimps, and crabs, as well as various tropical fruits such as mangoes and durian. These delicacies allow tourists to taste the local flavor.

If you are a travel junkie who loves nature, El Nido is the place to be. From the serene turquoise water up to the dreamy rock formation, everything is heavenly. The tour guides are great in English too and are well-versed on their field so there is no language barrier. They would eagerly tell the story of each place that would make you appreciate it more. The tour includes a lunch by the beach too where you can enjoy sea food, grilled pork and fruits. If you're great at swimming, you will definitely enjoy snorkeling or free diving. I'm sure you can also do scuba diving but we haven't got the chance to try that yet. Maybe next time. We'll definitely come back! 🌊 #beachlife #elnido #palawan
