Things to do in Hengshui

Take bus No. 18 from Hengshui Railway Station and get off at Garden Expo Park Station. It takes about half an hour to get there. After entering the park, you can take a boat. The first boat leaves at 8:50 and mainly goes to Plum Blossom Island and Sansheng Island.

This is a very cost-effective scenic spot. You can interact closely with small animals and even bring your own vegetables (carrots) to experience the fun of feeding them. The parking lot is large, and parking costs 10 RMB with no time limit.

The food street here is a bit quiet. It is between Heping West Road and Jixin West Road. You can walk in from the small road next to Jixin Hotel to the south. There are only a handful of restaurants inside now. There is a hot pot restaurant at the intersection, an unnamed restaurant further in, a Shuangxing spareribs restaurant that is very good, and a Panger hot pot restaurant. They are all fly restaurants, but very down-to-earth.

We booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us. There was heavy rain but still very crowded but really worth the visit. History and architecture is incredible. Cora was our guide and she explained well in English and knew about many details about the construction of the palace and the history. A great experience (unlucky for the rain). Cora also waited for us as we were late and was very helpful throughout so thank you! Very good instructions on meeting point sent one day before the visit and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

Universal Beijing Resort offers a truly immersive experience, with highly faithful recreations of various IP-themed areas. It boasts a wide range of rides and attractions, and the parade and nighttime light show create a fantastic atmosphere, making it a great place to visit and take photos. However, during holidays, popular attractions may have long queues, and food prices within the park tend to be high. Overall, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience; whether you're traveling with family or friends, you're sure to have a fun and unforgettable time.

宝云寺，衡水市内的宝云位于西南部。碑石记载始建于隋，其实早在南北朝时，此处已有寺庙。相传，在其鼎盛之时，"寺域广占三十亩，殿堂多有近百座，樵楼钟声惊千里，成年累月拥香客"。千年不死草，和宝云塔是寺内重点景观。

早上去的饶邑古城，游客很少，随便怎么拍照打卡都行，不用担心有人抢镜头了。 饶邑古城既有春秋战国时期的文化遗迹，也有中国六、七十年代的历史痕迹。县委大院很抢眼。 我更喜欢饶阳大剧院的设计，据说是古乐器：阮。
