The transportation was good and punctual. But when we arrived at the ski resort, the guide left us at the ski platform so a staff member could meet us in a room. But the staff member wasn't there. This caused a 15-20 minute delay. We did meet the agreed lesson schedule. But I don't give it a full rating. Lucerne has nothing to see. Just a bridge. Mount Titlis is an incredible and cinematic place. The tour should have focused more on the skiing itself. The skiing experience was top notch. The instructors were super patient. It was worth it. But here's a tip: The guide should have taken the tourists to the ski instructors' presentation, as that would have been more appropriate and the staff would have provided more attentive service.★

Great arrangement. The local tour guide is friendly and the service is very good, and the English introduction is clear and easy to understand. The itinerary is reasonable, even if there is no part accompanied by the tour guide, as stated in the product introduction, there are detailed maps and information guides, and the tour guide will clearly explain. With the intelligence of most Chinese babies, there is no problem with the tour according to the instructions. It is highly recommended to friends who only have one day to stay in Zurich. Overall awesome, cost-effective, great experience
