After a brief bus tour through the university and museum areas of Zurich, we headed along the lakeshore to Rapperswil. This unexpected stop gave us a chance to learn more about the history of Switzerland. Our guide was delightful and charming and attentive. From there we were on our way to Heidiland, the location that inspired the fictional books. Liechtenstein was a short drive from there. We had plenty of time to explore the tiny capital with its view to the castle. What a wonderful way to spend our last day in Switzerland!★

The day trip was worth experiencing. The scenice beauty was taking the heart out each minute. The bus was really comfortable and spacious. However, it was so surprising food and drinking was not allowed in bus. Its so inappropriate that tou can not munch or eat snacks in full day trip of 7.5 hours. The bus was took 2 stop overs which were the part of itinary. The provided time to explore those location was sufficient as well. The guide was good in one aspect that he has good and comprehensive info. and he briefed us well about all spots. However, we felt he should be abit more engaging and friendly with all tourist to keep the trip more exciting. He accepted my exceptional request to make an additional stop near Walensee Lake. But it was just 5 minutes, which was unjustified to such a lovely lake. Overall, the trip is worth taking and value for money. The meet up location provided should be more comprehensive as lots of tourist don’t know much about Zurich and its bus stop.
