After spending time on the Croatian coast, it was nice to see another side of Croatia, its mountains. Plitvice Lakes National Park is a world of lakes and waterfalls. Our guide, Leo, took us around the lower and upper lakes. We learned a lot about the history of the area and about the development of the park. Leo was knowledgeable and articulate. At the end of our day, we had some trouble getting our car back to the hotel. Leo stayed with us and made sure we got our ride before leaving us.

Marco was a fantastic tour guide. We loved seeing and hearing the history of Zagreb Croatia 🇭🇷. We enjoyed his historic knowledge. You could feel his LOVE for his country. This is a NOT miss walking tour.
