1. Regarding transfers: The outbound journey involves a six-hour layover at Amsterdam Airport. The airport environment is excellent, but it's not ideal for shopping due to its location on the outbound route. The return journey involves a two-hour layover at Paris Airport, perfect for shopping, but after deducting boarding and disembarking time, you only have about an hour left. 2. Regarding the itinerary: The Sintra Ancient City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Portugal, is excellent. Seville, Granada, Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona in Spain all offer fantastic scenery. The itinerary would be even better if Ronda, Mijas, and Segovia were included. 3. Regarding hotels: Granada has the best five-star hotels. Lisbon and Seville have good hotels, while Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona have average hotels. 4. Regarding meals: Chinese group meals in Lisbon, Valencia, and Barcelona are good; other meals are average. 5. Regarding shopping: Barcelona's LA ROCA shopping village is not as good as Bicester Village in the UK. 6. Regarding the tour leader: The Ctrip tour leader was responsible, flexible, and made good arrangements.
