The itinerary was perfect—compact but not rushed. Everyone was punctual, and our guide, Xiaoyu, spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese seamlessly throughout. A truly worthwhile day trip. The Umijigoku and Zaojigoku are truly magical, with beautiful colors. Kinrinko Lake was just average, a small lake. However, Yufuin was a great place to explore, with plenty of snacks and an owl enclosure where you could pet them.★

It was a great experience. We initially thought the conditions wouldn't allow us to see the volcano, but Director Wang, so as to leave no regrets, adjusted our itinerary even though we couldn't reach the crater. He still arranged for us to go as soon as we received the news that it was open. Thumbs up.★

My tour guide for the day was Emy, she's very friendly and informative, but she also speaks very fast (too fast). The schedule was a little rough, around 40min to an hour per stop. Most of the stop require a lot of walking and hiking. I recommend this one day tour for people who like adventure. The tour doesn't provide drinking water or snacks, you need to bring your own.★

I was worried because there was no contact until the day before, but you called in the morning, picked us up, and drove us comfortably on the way there!!!!! I hate crowds, but luckily, I was able to do it with nice people in a simple way? It was really great. You explained things well, and for an introvert like me,,, you didn't talk much about personal matters, but the trip was comfortable! Due to time constraints, we were unable to book a Chinese tour guide, so we opted for an English tour guide, which resulted in a truly memorable trip. He patiently explained the features and precautions along the way and the landscape, helped us take photos, and arranged the itinerary in a leisurely manner. He even added a special stop for us, the dam scene from "Attack on Titan" 🎬
