I traveled with my daughter, and this hotel was perfect—quiet, safe (with a private beach), and surrounded by a beautiful, tranquil pool. We relaxed by the pool and beach every day, making it ideal for family vacations. Ctrip offers many day trip packages, but I opted for a day tour to see the volcano and rice terraces and experience the local culture, allowing for more flexibility in planning. Using Ctrip was convenient and efficient. However, finding the airport pickup was a little tricky.★

The retro green train departs from Hakata to Yufuin. During the journey, the staff were very polite and kindly reminded us to pay attention to the waterfalls, making it convenient for tourists to pay for their tickets. They also introduced Mount Yufu. It would have been even better if they could have introduced it in English and Mandarin.
