Excellent trip seeing both the stunning Prambanan Temples and ruins and the fantastical Pranayama ballet. It’s not French ballet but traditional Indonesian performing arts. Just like Peking opera has little to do with European opera. Our guide Zee is very knowledgeable and helpful. We also enjoyed the meal at the local restaurant that she recommended.

There was a slight problem picking up passengers; my car was assigned to another group, which took quite a while. The route was fine, and Borobudur and Prambanan are definitely worth visiting, but seeing the volcano depends on luck.

Thanks to the driver Noe, I had a very pleasant trip to Borobudur and Prambanan. Noe is very kind and knows quite well about places in Yogyaka. He arranged a good local lunch and a knowledgable guide for Prambanan. Really recommend him if you have a chance to Yojia.

Lovely afternoon activity learning about batik from an expert set in a traditional Indonesian home. We were served yummy snacks. A lovely young student translated and explained everything to us in English. Our host was very warm and kind. It was a perfect experience for my husband and I. Very authentic
