Just installed before you leave your country to make sure not to make it hard on your arrivals. In Seoul it was good enough, but I found the data was slow when I was in Gangwon countryside.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
