Our guide, Jens, was very kind, accommodating and helpful. He went over and beyond his duty to guide and assist us, in the snow, to make sure we were safe and enjoyed our time. He never left our side. Our driver (Mr. ?, for gout his name), was equally very kind and accommodating. We felt safe sleeping in the van with him on the wheel. He seemed like a father to us, wanting to provide everything he could for his children. The tour was made more meaningful because of them... and because it ended up like a private tour because the other party didn't show up😊

Even though it took a long time to get there and we didn't have that long with the snow monkeys it is still worth it. Such an amazing experience Ken our guide was very sweet. Overall great day out

I went 11.02.2025. The tour was very interesting, learned a lot of new. The places I visited, I will remember for a long time, everything liked, emotions and experiences were a lot. I can definitely recommend this tour.
