My friend and I were the only 2 people on the tour that day and it was indeed a great express experience of Maori culture and the local wineries! Joe was passionate and funny, always cracking a joke or two along the way, and shared a lot about local history and culture as well as insight into the 2 wineries we went to (Aitken's Folly and Rippon). The staff/owners we met at the wineries were nice and explained the different wines / the region well too. Would love to try the longer wine tour if there's a next time as Joe told us that he would drive out to further regions for more varieties of wine experiences! Would recommend to anyone coming to the region :)★

The boat trip to the island and the scenic view on the island were gorgeous. And we were so lucky to get very close to the cute kewa. It's a great tour with our guide Reon, very friendly and knowledgable. ★
