We had a wonderful tour guide (Daniel). We had a fantastic time at the thermal springs and lots of fun rafting. The drive there and back was very pleasant. Daniel is a great driver and we felt very comfortable.

Thanks for the experience! After we registered our names on the second floor, our guide took us to the marina and the boat. The boat was super nice and luxurious. The guys were super nice and willing to help us hop on and hop off the boat. We listened to the blasting music and made a few spins in the water. We didn't hear much information about the stops but never mind. The scenery was breathtaking. And be careful!! The small fish on the island bite haha. Just keep swimming and don't stand in one place but nothing serious. Just a small pinch. ;)

A great experience when you're short on time to see Almaty's main attractions. The guide was super energetic, enthusiastic, and kind. She was very responsive whenever we needed her. I would have liked more historical information during our transfers. The transportation was adequate, better than the coaches, but avoid sitting at the very back if you have back problems. The horseback riding activity felt like a factory ride; we gave up on the idea of ​​getting on those poor animals. Overall, we had a wonderful day, and we were blown away by the diverse landscapes that Kazakhstan has to offer, among many others.

The trip was an incredible adventure of a lifetime! The motorboat ride, the astonishing, beautiful views, the atmosphere, the music, and free time on the island all made for a fantastic day. Kleis and her crew took excellent care of everything; we felt safe and well-cared for. If you're wondering if it's worth it? It absolutely is!
