It may be that during the National Day holiday, there are many people, and the service level has declined compared to usual. First of all, Check in, say that I will get the room card at 2 pm, I went at 2:15 pm, and was told to wait 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to get it again, and said that I would wait 20 minutes. Finally waited 40 minutes before I got it. In addition, there was fruit delivery in the package, and it was not delivered until 8 pm. I called to inquire and sent it. There is also a set meal booked for dinner. After entering the restaurant, I was told that I wanted to change to a buffet (not many varieties).

The internet worked perfectly in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. In Denmark, there were occasional outages, which were resolved by reconnecting to the network.
