My partner and I chose the incense tablet experience, and it was absolutely beautiful. The space was calm and elegant, with a strong traditional Chinese atmosphere that made us instantly relax.
We learned about the cultural meaning of incense and then created our own personalized incense tablets together. Blending the natural fragrances and shaping them side by side felt surprisingly romantic and meaningful.
It’s such a unique and memorable couple activity — and we loved taking home something we made together. Highly recommended!★

We had so much fun making Tang-style wagashi together! The instructor was super friendly and guided us through each step. The sweets were so pretty and full of cultural meaning. It’s a fun, relaxing, and creative way to experience traditional Chinese culture with friends. Highly recommended!★

Baduanjin Qigong Experience is one of my good memories in Shanghai. Even though I didn't know there were other people there, spending time with local people made my trial fun. I was totally feeling free during the session. The master, or 老師, was kind and enthusiastic. The movements were slow and quiet but trained my inner muscles. I think if I keep taking sessions, it will make our minds peaceful.★
