It was such a pleasant surprise, and a very successful experience! However, our guide, Alex, might have been a little exasperated, perhaps thinking all Chinese people were too shy 😂 It just so happened that we were two slightly eccentric individuals. Alex was the one giving the talk, and the other three foreigners were the ones actively engaging, while we just quietly followed along. We trekked through mountains and valleys, adding another hiking experience to our journey. It was a significant upgrade from hiking in domestic parks, including Rainbow Mountain, a monastery, and countless churches whose names I can't even remember.
