We had a good time on our trip with tour guide Jasper. He called me the day before to give us directions for the pickup point and his phone number in case we had any questions. On the drive to Niagara Falls he would point out different places and give us some background information about it. There were other people on the tour who spoke Chinese but he is fluent in both English and Mandarin . Any questions we had, he was able to answer quickly. At the falls he had all the tickets for us which expedited our entrance to the attractions. Also, he was always able to park close to the entrance so we didn’t have far to walk. Because our Airbnb was on the way back to our pickup point, he was so kind to drop us off there instead. All in all, we had a great experience with Jasper.

The itinerary is very good, the guide brother service is first-class, the driving is stable, safe and comfortable, the introduction of attractions along the way, the arrangement of the tour is very in place, the time is accurate, it is a very good experience.

Our host Haroon was brilliant, he gave us information but also space to chill throughout the day. He got us into places quickly with little fuss and explained the itinerary throughout the day. We loved the activities available in the tour especially the boat trip and the maple syrup tasting which was an added bonus for us.
