My flight was delayed by 6 hours on the day of departure, but both Ctrip and the airline handled everything very well. The return claim process was also expedited with the guidance of customer service. Overall, Ctrip is getting better and better, and their service is up to par. Very satisfied!

It was a throughly pleasant journey enjoying Huashan’s spectacular views. Tina has been very helpful and kind enough to explain everything about Xian and Huashan’s story. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Xian and Chinese history. The schedule worked well with our family trip. I highly recommend Tina and this package especially who wants to enjoy hassle free Huashan trip. Thanks again, Tina. You made our day in Xian perfect.
