Colin, our shuttle driver, is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the Tongariro Crossing and the park. He was patient with our questions about the weather the day prior. And he is a genuine, authentic, nice guy I would trust any day as a driver for my family. He made the start of our awesome day even better than expected.

Just amazing, we ended up being late for our shuttle twice totally my fault but they were so accommodating and got us on the track as soon as they could. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough their customer Service alone was one of the best I have ever come across top notch

We got lucky with the weather, overpacking gear in anticipation of the rain. The shuttle arrived in a timely manner and dropped us to and from our location. The trail was mobbed. It is well laid out and for two fit lads was a good workout. Toilets along the way and areas to take photos / stop for lunch. Hike of a lifetime. I would imagine the trail is extremely dangerous in more severe weather as some sections have very loose rocks / muddy slopes which were thankfully dry for us.

Excellent hike; Carlene was a fantastic guide, helpful, knowledgeable and managing the group well. Day began grey and wet but brightened up shortly into the walk and ended with blue skies and lovely weather. Made us feel that we should perhaps have gone on for the full hike (next time perhaps).
