I brought my team down to Kent for London for an away day. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived, however Sue could not have been more delightful and helpful in resolving the issue. She turned what could have been a l disaster into a positive. She went out of her way to accommodate us and ensure we had a great experience. We had a brilliant time supping wines amongst the vines and she was very knowledgeable and charming. All the wine we tasted was absolutely superb too and I’m definitely a Gusbourne Wine convert. I shall be looking out for it on menus now and recommending it to friends. Wonderful way to spend the day- highly recommend this trip and winery.★
